Electrical Energy Auditing
5th Star Air have been involved with energy auditing in Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, for the past 5 years. We audit electrical consumption by installing a electrical consumption analyser that we leave onsite for a week. This analyser logs every 5 minutes, so over a week we know what time of the day energy is being used and if customer electrical items are causing serious power issues.
Once we have compiled all the information compile documents with recommendations options that can help you save on your energy bills. 5th Star Services inspect, survey and analyse energy flows in any building, then put together a system to reduce the amount of energy input without negatively affecting the output(s). In domestic, commercial and industrial real estate, an energy audit is the first step in identifying opportunities to reduce energy expense and carbon footprints.
When the object of study is an occupied building reducing energy consumption while maintaining or improving human comfort, health and safety are of primary concern. Beyond simply identifying the sources of energy use, an energy audit seeks to prioritise the energy uses according to the greatest to least cost effective opportunities for energy savings.
5th Star Electrical have been providing energy auditing to customers from domestic, commercial and industrial applications. The majority of times we can find massive energy savings for businesses in Queensland for industrial, commercial and domestic electrical installations.
